1. When tropical cyclone warning signal no. 8 is expected to be hoisted in the afternoon until the morning of the following day, the Labour Affairs Bureau will inform the citizens/enterprises about the new schedule and follow-up arrangements for the following services:

2. While tropical cyclone warning signal no. 8 is hoisted, the services at the Labour Affairs Bureau will be suspended and all classes / examinations / activities will be cancelled. When the signal is hoisted during classes / examinations / activities, the participants are allowed to leave only in safe conditions. Specific arrangements are as follows:
