Points to note
  • All information you provided is used to handle your suggestion or complaint only;
  • In handling of a complaint, relevant information will be transferred to the person(s) under complaint and the person(s) or institution(s) in charge of the complaint if necessary. In addition, the relevant information may be transferred to the police or judiciary authorities for investigation or legal proceedings;
  • According to paragraph 2 of Article 21 of Decree-law no. 5/98/M, anonymous suggestions, complaints or objections may be destroyed;
  • According to paragraph 3 of the same article, the person who lodged a complaint or an objection with identity information and address will be replied within 45 days counting from the day of receiving such complaint or objection;
  • According to Article 11 of Law no. 8/2005 “Personal Data Protection Act”, the data subject has the right to access, correct or rectify the personal information kept by the Labour Affairs Bureau. However, the personal information obtained will be used for statistical purpose only.
