Annual declaration of trade union

2. Service procedures and required documentsNote 1:
The trade union or trade union federation must submit an annual declaration to the Labour Affairs Bureau within April every year and the required documents include:
(1) “Annual Declaration Form”, duly completed;
(2) Annex 1 to the form referred to in item (1) above – “List of office-holders”;
(3) Annex 2 to the form referred to in item (1) above – “List of members”(applicable only to trade union federations);
(4) Annual accounts audited by certified public accountants.

Note 1: Documents must be made in any of the official languages of the MSAR; if the documents are made in any other language, a translation which is made in accordance with Articles 182 to 184 of the Notary Code must be provided, unless a translation is exempted from the Labour Affairs Bureau.
