Notification of trade union’s or trade union federation’s participating in and co-organizing activities

(Participating in activities held by the organization or group established outside the MSAR and co-organizing activities)


 

1. Service targets:

Registered trade unions or trade union federations
 

2. Service procedures and required documentsNote 1:

In April and October each year, the trade union or trade union federation must inform the Labour Affairs Bureau of its participation in the activities held by the organization or group established outside the MSAR or the activities co-organized with the organization or group established outside the MSAR in the past 6 monthsNote 2 and the required documents include:
 
(1) “Notification of trade union or trade union federation’s participating in and co-organizing activities,” duly completed;
 
(2) Activity materials, such as posters, announcements, promotional materials and invitations (if any).

 

3. Fees:

Free of charge


 

Note:

Note 1: Documents must be made in any of the official languages of the MSAR; if the documents are made in any other language, a translation which is made in accordance with Articles 182 to 184 of the Notary Code must be provided, unless a translation is exempted from the Labour Affairs Bureau.
 
Note 2: Activities notified in April are all activities participated in or co-organized from July to December of the previous year, and activities notified in October are all activities participated in or co-organized from January to June of the current year.
