Notification of individuals being granted honorary distinctions

 

1. Service targets:

Registered trade unions or trade union federations
 

2. Service procedures and required documentsNote 1:

A trade union or trade union federation stipulates in its constitution that honorary distinctions are granted to members and non-members and it may notify the Labour Affairs Bureau of the list of individuals with honorary distinctions and the required documents include:

(1) Copies of identification documents of the individuals being granted honorary distinctions;

(2) Copy of the relevant minutes of the general assembly meeting.

 

3. Fees:

Free of charge
 

Note:

Note 1: Documents must be made in any of the official languages of the MSAR; if the documents are made in any other language, a translation which is made in accordance with Articles 182 to 184 of the Notary Code must be provided, unless a translation is exempted from the Labour Affairs Bureau.
