Notification of the office-holder not having the qualifications to perform functions

 

1. Service targets:

Registered trade unions or trade union federations

 

2. Service procedures and required documentsNote 1:

The trade union or trade union federation must notify the Labour Affairs Bureau within 15 days from the date of receipt of notification that the relevant office-holder no longer has the qualifications to perform functions and the required documents include:

(1) “Notification of the office-holder no longer having the qualifications to perform functions,” duly completed;

(2) Relevant supporting documents about no longer having the qualifications to perform functions.

 

3. Fees:

Free of charge
 


Note:

Note 1: Documents must be made in any of the official languages of the MSAR; if the documents are made in any other language, a translation which is made in accordance with Articles 182 to 184 of the Notary Code must be provided, unless a translation is exempted from the Labour Affairs Bureau.
