Notification to amendments to constitution

Registered trade unions or trade union federations
 

2. Service procedures and required documentsNote1:

After completing the notarization of amendments to constitution, the trade union or trade union federation must notify the Labour Affairs Bureau within 60 days from the date of publication of the relevant constitution in the Official Gazette of the MSAR and the required documents include:

(1) “Notification of amendments to constitution,” duly completed;

(2) Copy of the minutes of the general assembly meeting in which the resolution to amend the constitution was passed.

 

3. Fees:

Free of charge
 

Note:

Note 1: Documents must be made in any of the official languages of the MSAR; if the documents are made in any other language, a translation which is made in accordance with Articles 182 to 184 of the Notary Code must be provided, unless a translation is exempted from the Labour Affairs Bureau.
