In accordance with Dispatch No 13/2000 of Secretary for Administration and Justice, a Performance Pledge Work Group has been set up to improve administrative procedures. Its main duties are the following:
  • Monitor the performance pledge implementation and keep frequent contacts with the sub-units that carry it out in order to improve the quality of the services offered.
  • Collect and handle suggestions and comments raised by citizens regarding the Labour Affairs Bureau services.

The list of accepted candidates will be posted in the Vocational Training Department and there will be a further contact by phone

When each individual applicant brings all the required documents or information, fills in the application form and selects the class. Group application has separate arrangement.
