In accordance with the Administrative Regulation No 24/2004 of 26th July, Organizational Structure and Function of Labour Affairs Bureau, the Administration and Finance Division has the following duties:
  Responsible for the management of human resources, finance, assets as well as reception, general affairs and general correspondence of the Labour Affairs Bureau.
